GOAL:

WME will have 60 Brokers and 10 Master/Managing brokers in North America by the end of 2004.

HOW:

WME is building a network of certified Master/Managing Yacht Brokers and Certified Yacht Brokers who will have a standardized approach to the brokering needs of the industry. Just as you trust Wal-Mart, General Electric, Microsoft and Wegman's Food Stores, Comfort Inn, Marriott, Century 21, Management Recruiters International and more, you will be able to trust any broker representing World Maritime Exchange. WME will be known for its commitment to ethical practices while representing the client and the boating industry as a whole. Both buyers and sellers will recognize World Maritime Exchange as an industry leader.

World Maritime Exchange has the most comprehensive training, orientation and development program available. Once a new broker is identified and approved to join WME, the broker is provided the world's most effective style analysis. It outlines his/her most effective style of doing business and then provides a road map for strengthening that style for the most efficient work progress. This report is unique in the market and virtually non-existent in the brokering industry. Only companies that place their agents, employees and clients first use these assessments. (WME) will place Managing Brokers in the following regions: NY City, Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, Miami, New Orleans, Houston, Las Vegas, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis.

WME does not want to be the largest, only the best. When someone mentions World Maritime Exchange, we want that sentence to be synonymous for getting the job done fairly and creating the Win-Win situation for our clients.

As an approved candidate you will be sent preparatory work introducing you to the business and your market area. You will be scheduled to attend a business orientation and very intense training workshop. At the conclusion you will be marketing boats and building your client list. You will have a business plan, operational plan, and daily work regiment to ensure you stay focused in achieving your goals and objectives.

Yacht Brokers earn their revenue from selling their clients asset (boat). You will be able to accept a fee of 10% of the selling price of the asset. This means you are not in a quantity business, you are in a QUALITY business.
